Maile has a true talent for creating healing plant-based products and truly is distinguished in her cause for natural healing and beauty. She routinely demonstrates excellent customer service skills; truly the best I have ever come across. This skill set has won her my loyalty as a life-time customer just as much as the quality and healthy-ingredients that resonate in her products.

I don't know about you, but I would much rather support a business with great customer service than a business without it. Read on for a description of some of the products that I purchased from her and why you should consider supporting her in her work. Personal Care Products: Aloe Deodorant for Lymph Detox + Moon Cramp Oil
Firstly, her liquid, aloe-vera based, non-baking soda, lymph-detox deodorant is fantastic! Pictured above is the full-size and the trial/travel roll-on size (both of which are offered in glass). This deodorant is great for those who are sensitive to baking soda and who are desiring to improve their lymphatic drainage for proper lymphatic health. Maile offers a variety of essential oils to choose from for scent and added health benefits, as well as an unscented option for those of you who are sensitive to essential oils. A combination of geranium and clove bud has been a real hit in my family, as well as a frankincense option that Maile personally put together. Both smell so great that they can double as a natural perfume or cologne.
All of this would mean very little if it did not work though, right? After using this product for the last few months, I can happily say that it does an excellent job with helping my lymphatic system and decreasing body odor. You can always use coconut oil if you would like to double the protection, but for me that is unnecessary. I had previously been suffering from breast pain and realized that I needed a product that helped my lymphatic system. This product, in addition to breast massage, has helped tremendously and I have seen a significant decrease in pain, even when massage is not performed. Thank you Maile!
The Moon Cramp Oil was given as a gift by Maile to thank me for my purchase. It was a product that I had been considering anyway, but at the time could not afford along with the rest of my order. Therefore, receiving it as a gift was a very nice gesture. The smell is really great and the product definitely works for both cramps and the occassional hip-pain that I experience. It is a great travel size, so if I need to take it out and about I can with no problem. The glass roll-on bottle is visually appealing and a much healthier alternative to plastic any day of the week. It is not a clear liquid. It does have a yellow-tint to it, so be mindful of that when you apply it on your body. I have not found it to stain though. Overall, if you suffer from cramping during your time of the month or have other kinds of pain, consider purchasing this from her shop.
Herbal Makeup: Healing Herbal Foundation Powder, Cocoa Pod Bronzer + Eye Shadow, Red Woods Blush, and Pearl Rose Blush.
The blushes pictured are called Pearl Rose and Red Woods. These are sample sizes and give you a lot of product for the price. They are definitely worth ordering before buying the full-size options. Maile offers a variety of other shades, as well. I have many blush options in my stash, but these two are a current favorite that I keep going right on back to, because they look so natural, have great pigment, are easy to work with, blend, and I just plain love them!
The healing herbal foundation powder, which happens to be one of my favorite products that I have tried so far, is the perfect color for my skin tone (fair + Medium). In the first picture are the full-size options that I requested to come in the zip-lock baggies, so that I could then place them in my own glass container (second picture). I will continue to purchase this product like this, as it is an excellent way to save money and keep to my glass-only lifestyle. The ingredients are absolutely the cleanest and best that I could find anywhere!
The only disappointment that I have is that Maile unfortunately is not currently offering her coverage creme, which initially brought me to her shop to begin with. I had wanted to use it in combination with her foundation powder, because I truly believe that it is the healthiest option out there and would give that perfect, supremely healthy makeup with just the right coverage that we all have been looking for. I sure hope she brings it back soon. Maile did say that if more people are interested in it she will bring it back, so if this appeals to you please reach out and message her about it. I mean it when I say that I have not found anything to offer more healthy ingredients anywhere.
Body + Skincare Products: Bright Eyes Serum
Another great product that I am enjoying is her Bright Eyes Serum and is listed under her Body + Skincare category of her shop. Perfect for helping prevent dark circles, which I'm unfortunately genetically inclined to have, I have noticed improvement in this area for sure! The smell also is incredible! It soaks into my skin really well and lessens the appearance of my dark circles with consistent use. There are so many products in this category that I have still yet to try, but hope to one day be able to. Her shop offers medical mushroom infused balm and a matcha green-tea balm that would be perfect for healing skin conditions. In addition, she offers a variety of facial serums which are unlike anything I have ever seen, and a lady slip serum for those intimate encounters. ;)
Hair Care Products: Brow Growth Serum
Maile's products are truly one of a kind. The Brow Growth Serum, which I had purchased in the full-size after trying it in sample form is a completely unique blend of healthy ingredients from what I have seen from other brow growth products on the market. The smell alone would make me repurchase it and is one reason why I purchased it in a full-size. This size will last forever, though I personally prefer the dropper bottle option that was offered for the sample size as opposed to the roll-on version for this particular product. I enjoy adding it to my mascara wand and brushing it in my brows and lashes. I find myself using it more and more in my skincare routine. I have definitely noticed hair growth on my brows, as well as on my lashes!
Tinctures: Fungus Amungus Tincture
Our preferred method of ingestion is to place 5 drops into a cup of hot tea for him, allow to cool slightly so that the alcohol evaporates, and to do this 1x a day for two weeks at a time. After two weeks, he takes 1-2 weeks off from the tincture to prevent some of the adverse side-effects some research claim as a possibility from consuming a particular medical mushroom long-term.
Overall, Prana Potions Apothecary shop is the most healthy option that I have come across in regards to their foundation and coverage creme options (they contain non-nano zinc oxide, but no toxic ingredients or even iron oxides). I just wish their coverage creme was available for me to review. The customer service is superior to other companies I have purchased from and their shipping and handling rates, I have found, are cheaper than many other shops/companies who are located within the continental US. Maile is willing to work with her customers to ensure your satisfaction and to answer your questions, which shows responsibility and respect for those she serves. Based in Hawaii, she pours her knowledge, love of nature, and energy into her work and it definitely shows.
